The Volunteer Management Competencies were created to document the skills you need to function as a volunteer manager. The Quick Assessment that follows enables you to identify and rate yourself according to your perceptions of your strengths and needs.
Once you’ve done the Quick Assessment, you should print this page to use in developing your learning plan. You can also link to resources that provide more information about each topic.
