Learn about volunteer opportunities, ways to stay fit, good nutrition, and healthy living. Demonstrations will include Tai Chi and Qi Gong; Nutrition; Bone Builders, an osteoporosis prevention program; Matter of Balance, a fall prevention program; Belly Dancing and much more!.
