Schedule for Submitting Nominations
Each year, the nomination period opens mid-October and closes around January 31 of the following year.
Deadline for 2012 Awards: February 1, 2012.

NOTE: Please see "Roll of Honor" for instructions on submitting nominations as that category has unique requirements.
Nominations for organization and individual categories are submitted via an online form. The form is accessible during the nomination period only. It is strongly recommended that nominators print the hard copy overview (see below) in order to have all information and question responses prepared before you begin filling out the nomination form online.
