		<description>Great points, Trudy.  My thoughts are that the "deadwood" can represent so many things.  Like outdated recruiting methods, training practices, and meetings that happen just because that's the way they've always been done.  Sometimes it's just time to trim the deadwood and get things done efficiently and effectively.</description>
