Welcome Aboard Harold Shaw!
Harold Shaw joined the MCCS team in June.
Harold Shaw joined the MCCS team in June as the Program Grants Officer and the Emergency Services Coordinator for, the Maine Commission for Community Service.
He is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Warrant Officer (PERS3), where he performed a variety of duties including Human Resources, Administrative Services, Budget Management and many Special Projects. Harold is a graduate of the University of the State of New York. Most recently Harold was a Special Education Teacher for a small private school that serves students who were not successful in the public school system.
Some of Harold’s personal interests include “playing” on the computer (WEB2.0), running/jogging, archery, day hiking, reading (Tolkien, Brooks, McKiernan, DeLint, and historic fiction), just hanging out with his wife Mary, their six cats, and a dog.
